Stephen is the lead pastor of Isaiah. In addition to preaching and teaching, he is also responsible for long-term vision, oversight of operations, and development of leaders. Stephen’s background is in finance, and he worked briefly at an investment firm before becoming a pastor. In 2016, he married Betsy, a physical therapist with UW Health. They have two young daughters.

Jackson is the worship leader at Isaiah. He is responsible for leading our worship team and developing new musicians. He graduated from Southern Illinois University in 2020 with a degree in Industrial Management and Applied Engineering and works in project management. He and his wife, Rachel, married in May 2020 and have two young daughters.

Maggie leads the Kids Program at Isaiah. She develops the kids curriculum we use on Sunday mornings and ensures that our children have a safe and secure environment. Maggie has a Masters in Social Work and teaches kindergarten at Charis Classical Academy. She and her husband, Kody, were married in 2023.

Connie organizes the church's finances, budgets, and bank accounts. Before moving to Madison to help start Isaiah, she was the bookkeeper at Vine Church in Carbondale for 13 years. She and her husband, Michael, have been married since 2002 and have three young children.
