CURRENT SERIES

Throughout history and still today, the overwhelming majority of human beings have professed belief in God or some higher power. Yet when we ask what this God is truly like, the Bible gives one attribute preeminence above all others: holy. No other description of God is repeated with such intensity and frequency. To know God at all, then, is to know Him as holy.

This truth may appear more philosophical than practical, but its power to transform is not lacking. Some problems are not fixed by doing more, but by beholding more deeply. And as Christmas draws near, there is no greater remedy for every human problem than to gaze upon the Incarnation: the Holy One Himself taking on flesh, coming to dwell among us.
