Jesus-Centered: Leadership

As we finish the book of Hebrews, we arrive at a sensitive topic: church leadership. There tends to be two extremes in leadership - a very authoritarian structure where leaders exercise excessive control or a passive structure where many people don't even know the pastor; both of these miss the mark.

The author of Hebrews closes his sermon by laying out a vision for leadership that blesses those who lead and follow. This teaching will explain how leadership is: 1. Stronger than we'd like, 2. Probably not what we think, and 3. Far better than we realize.
