What Is Church Leadership?

Church leadership has fallen on hard times and understandably so. Look at the headlines and pastoral scandals are everywhere. However, the problems aren't inherent to the position; they are a result of neglecting to understand the position rightly. A closer look at the the biblical understanding of leadership in a church reveals a vision that results in a healthy church in which everyone is clothed with humility and can grow, not one that is domineering or constricting.
